She is a young, dynamic educationist who carries with her an experience from schools and corporate and government run organizations that are progressive in nature and are determined to contribute to quality education. She has a vision of creating a teacher community where teachers collaborate and share their wisdom, learning experiences, subject expertise and pedagogic strategies to create well-formed minds who are ready to recon the challenges of the unseen era and become happy individuals. Charu is a CBSE Master Trainer for YuWaah Project and Vocational Education. She is an author, and a teacher trainer and has a record of training more than 2500 educators across the country. A CENTA certified trainer and CENTA Ambassador, also a certified trainer for the Cambridge University Press. She is also a prime consultant with The Third Bridge in the ed tech space. She is an author for English Curriculum with Good Luck Publishers for curriculum based on Common Core Standards set up by the USA.  She has been awarded with the title of Head- CAT- Curriculum and Training by the S Chand group, The Youngest Best Principal Award by National School Awards, Star Woman Award (Academic Skills) by Star Forever Awards, Leadership Excellence Award by EduClouds and Shiksha Gaurav Samman by NABET, QCI and Inspiring Education Hero Award by Education Growth Network. She is a regular speaker at FairGaze and a member of the Sahodaya Schools, Delhi Chapter. She is currently heading The Samarth School, Main Wazirabad Road, Delhi.

She has been spearheading the school since 2019 with the achievements such as envisioning, creating, designing and drafting of the School Logo, Vision and Mission of the School along with documents of value such as School Letter Heads, Learner’s Notebooks, Files and School Folders, School Almanac, Envisioning and supervision of development of School Website, Facebook and Instagram Page , School Manual and Annual Pedagogical Plan for the Academic Year, Reflection Sheets and Self Appraisal Forms

Under her guidance, the school achieved the awards for Best School in East Delhi, ISO Certification, FIT India Certification, Best School in Sports Category by National School Awards and Gold Award by SilverZone Olympiads. She has introduced new subjects and vocational Skills which are Fine Arts, Entrepreneurship, Legal Studies, Psychology , Pottery, Fashion Designing and Public Speaking and Theatre. The school with her saw eminent partnerships with TATA ClassEdge, EduNext, Primary Plus,  FIT India, NIE, HT Pace, HelpAge India , Goonj , Pratham, Metamorphosis, Educational Initiatives, Matific, Cambridge University Press, Benesse, UNESCO and IB.  

She has been responsible for introducing, mentoring and monitoring the 21^st Century Academic Processes in the school which are dynamic, progressive in nature such as Trans- Disciplinary Approaches to learning, Questioning Pedagogy, Experiential Learning.

UNNATI, the teacher transformation center is a Samarth flagship programme that was envisioned and is managed by her.
