Neetu Chaudhary is a dynamic leader, reflective practitioner, an enlightened source, and a motivator who is a force to reckon with. She is a visionary educationist with extensive experience of about ten years in school education and administration.
To enhance her educational administrative skills and to have an edge, she tackled the charge as an ICT- Academic Assistant at the University of Delhi. She worked with Siddharth International Public School, Wazirabad Road, Delhi as a PGT-Computer Science from 2014 to 2020. She took over the charge of Vice Principal at The Samarth School (formerly known as Siddharth International Public School), Dilshad Garden in 2021 to continue with her great efforts.
She has provided several benefactions to organizations by providing assistance in developing champians of ICT Capacity building at Delhi University, volunteering for an Indo-European conference on Quality Assurance in Higher Education, managing online examinations, plotting projects on the e-learning portal in ILLL( Institute of Life Long Learning) University of Delhi. She also served her duties as coordinator for day to day misc work from DOE, U-DISE, and CBSE , and lead collaborator for Hubs of Learning.
Several times, she is been appointed by CBSE as Centre Superintendent for Board Exams, CTET Examination, Observer for CBSE practical examinations, Super checker/observer for CBSE board examinations, and Venue Director for CBSE in-service teacher’s training organized by the Centre of Excellence.
The school has recorded a meteoric rise in the educational scenario under her intellectual guidance. She has introduced NCC, Scout & Guide ,STEM club and subjects like Informatic Practices( IP) and Painting in the school. She has made an appearance at several workshops conducted by NABET, and CBSE on Leading Transformations, Digital and social media strategies by the University of Western Australia, Leading Digital Learning career guidance training, Global teacher training workshops, and participated in a virtual conference on Nurturing an AI Ecosystem to build synergies for an AI-ready India, and many more.
For her commendable contribution as a leader of this organization, she was bestowed with appreciation from India Spell Bee for exemplary leadership of the school in co-curricular activities, the ICT Guru Award(2020) organized, India Prime Education Award 2021, She has been an honoree of Global Teacher Innovation Excellence Award, Excellence in Online Teaching Award by 7th Global Education and Skill Virtual Summit,2021, and recipient for Pride of Avantika National Education Award,2022 for providing Quality education with Global Standards. She has been a participant in The Guinness World Record Event- Most users take online computer Programming lessons in 24 hours organized by GUVI, BUDDI AI, and NEAT( National Education Alliance for Technology). Her superior guidance support infrastructure, and resources, making students intellectually strong, physically fit, emotionally balanced, and socially connected demonstrate her true and caring identity.
Her vision is to develop holistic responsible citizens who can cater to the needs of the rapidly growing society, who are tech savvy and yet able to fend for themselves keeping in mind the sustainable means of development. She believes in consciously supporting innovation and keeping a focus on education’s ever-changing landscape as it moves into the future.
